Mindfulness Day

A direct, unhurried experience of what Low-5 actually does.

Full day 4–10 participants No prerequisite

Overview

This is a full day for people who want to know what Low-5 actually does — in their own body, without rushing. You'll share the room with other therapists, each exploring at their own pace. Nothing is prescribed. You control every dose, every pause, every return.

The structure is deliberately loose. Morning is slower, quieter — guided breathwork and body-based awareness, followed by your first invitation to try a single inhalation. You'll learn how to use the vape, how to titrate, and how to sit with what arises. There's no pressure to go further.

By afternoon, many people have found their rhythm. Some repeat the experience several times. Some sit with a single dose and journal. Either way, you leave with direct, felt knowledge of what Low-5 is — and what it isn't.
