Relational Therapy

Sit in both seats of a Low-5-assisted therapy session.

Full day
Pairs (up to 8)
Requires 101A or 101B

Overview

What This Course Is

This is a day for therapists who've already experienced Low-5 and want to explore what it feels like in a relational context — as both client and practitioner. You'll be paired with another therapist, and over the course of the day, you'll each sit in both seats.

The morning begins with a review of the relational framework, followed by your first paired session. One person holds space while the other explores. Roles reverse after lunch. The structure is simple, but the experience is often the most impactful day in the curriculum.

By the end of the day, you'll have a felt sense of what Low-5-assisted therapy looks like from both sides — and a clearer picture of whether this integrated clinical tool fits into your practice.
