301
The deepest day of the Learning Labs.
Overview
This is the most intensive day in the Learning Lab curriculum. Groups are small — three or four people — and the pacing is unhurried. The focus is on the StepWise protocol: a structured, graduated approach to Low-5-assisted therapy that moves through distinct emotional and somatic layers.
StepWise was developed through years of field observation. It uses a series of low, precisely titrated doses — each building on the last — to help participants move through progressively deeper material. You stay verbal, oriented, and in control throughout.
By the end of the day, most participants have experienced a full therapeutic arc — from initial grounding through deep emotional engagement to integration. It's demanding, and it's the session that therapists most often describe as the turning point in their understanding of this integrated clinical tool.
