101A
A full day with Low-5. Gentle, structured pace — and your own control over the dose curve.
Overview
A full day with Low-5. Two things shape it: a gentle, structured pace, and your control over your own experience.
Common Low-5 experiences include:
Emotional release without overwhelm
Deep somatic awareness while maintaining cognitive function
Perspective shifts that soften trauma and shame
Calm expansion of awareness and heightened presence
Structure
Low-5 is low-dose 5-MeO-DMT, self-administered from a vape pen. The effects are very short-lasting and manageable.
The day is built around three Low-5 sessions:
Session 1
A shorter, self-paced session focused on learning to find your comfort zone with the pen.
Session 2
A guided afternoon session.
Session 3
A self-directed afternoon session.
Arrival and settling, with a brief opening reflection
Flow overview, Low-5 101, what to expect, agreements
Session 1 (titration)
Light lunch
Session 2 (The Undefended Life)

Session 3 (Choose your own adventure)

This is the part most people don’t quite believe until they feel it themselves. With Low-5, you set the pace. You’re not handed a single experience and asked to ride it out. You’re gradually finding your edge, alongside people whose job is to make sure you have what you need.
You choose the pen strength. You choose the inhalation length. You choose the interval between inhales. You can pause, deepen, or step back at any point. The structure is real — facilitators guide timing, hold the container, and offer support throughout — but the dose curve is yours, in real time.
