101B

Meditation Day

Explore Low-5 as a contemplative amplifier.

10am–5:30pm
4–10 participants
No prerequisite

Overview

What to Expect

If you have a meditation practice — even one that's been dormant for years — this day is built around it. Low-5 101B is designed for people who already know what stillness feels like, and want to see what happens when you combine it with a low dose of 5-MeO-DMT.

The morning begins with guided meditation, followed by orientation to the vape pen and your first optional inhalation. You're invited to sit with whatever arises — using the anchoring skills you already have. Most people find that Low-5 deepens access to states they've touched before.

By afternoon, the structure opens up. Some people meditate in silence. Some journal. Some explore a second or third inhalation. You move at your own pace, with peer support available throughout.
